    • The Frame 1200SS steps up to the same XL9 burner used in EcoSmart's larger Heritage 56SS, giving the Frame Series' second-widest opening (1416mm) a genuine increase in heat output rather than just more glass to fill.
  • Design & Build:
    • Zero-clearance stud-frame construction with a toughened glass fire screen, built around a Grade 304 stainless XL9 burner delivering 15,000 BTU/h (15.83 MJ/h) from a 9-litre tank.
  • What it does well:
    • Runs 8 to 13 hours per fill and is rated for a 110m³ room, enough for a genuinely large open-plan space rather than a single seating area. The wider 1416mm opening also reads as a proper architectural feature rather than an inset accessory.
  • Trade-off worth knowing:
    • At 57.9kg and 1416mm wide, this isn't a fireplace you retrofit into a small existing opening; the wall needs to be built or modified to take it. If your space can't accommodate that width, the 1000SS gives most of the heat output in a narrower footprint.
  • Certification:
    • This model is certified to EN 16647, the UK and EU safety standard for indoor bioethanol fireplaces.

  • e-NRG Bioethanol may ship separately from your EcoSmart Fire order and can arrive on a different day. A separate tracking number for the fuel order will be emailed to you.
