The cast iron range is cast rather than pressed from sheet metal, so it's considerably heavier than a steel chiminea and ships disassembled for a 2-person build. The Mexican clay range is hand-made and hand-painted, so shapes and colours vary slightly from piece to piece: no two are quite identical. Every cast iron piece is backed by Gardeco's guarantee against manufacturing defects (surface rust from normal outdoor weathering isn't covered on any finish); the handmade clay pieces carry no guarantee against cracking or paint fade, which is standard across all handmade Mexican clay chimeneas, not unique to Gardeco.
