Returns & refunds

At Fireside Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process simple and transparent. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • No items are marked as final sale — every product is returnable unless specifically labeled otherwise.
  • Items returned after 14 days of receipt.
  • Items not in their original condition (damaged, stained, altered, or missing parts).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do NOT charge restocking fees.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team to start the return process:

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Refund Processing Notes:

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Were sent incorrectly
  • Need a different size, color, or variation

Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will replace your item at no extra cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 days so we can work with the courier to investigate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item once received following our standard return policy.

Non‑Returnable Situations

These situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Returns sent back without prior authorization from us.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window.
  • Items not in their original, resalable condition.
