It burns wood as an open fire bowl at table height. Fit the optional grill grate and it doubles as a wood-fired barbecue with a 1250mm cooking surface.

The Standard version is the fire bowl on its own; the Barbecue version adds the grill grate for cooking. No flue or gas fittings are needed since it burns wood in the open.

The Corten finish develops its rust patina in about 4–5 months. We do not recommend using corten steel within 2 km of a coastline. The rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective anti-rust coating. Owatrol protects the product and stops the rust from flaking off.

The Ronde is the round wood-burning Adezz fire table, Ø1250 x H280 mm in 3mm Corten. The circular top has no corners to work around, so people can sit at any point of it, and it is available as a standard top or with a barbecue option for cooking over the same fire.

The Quad is the same fire table in the other geometry, at 1200 x 1200 x H280 mm. A round top has no corners to align, so it suits an informal circle of seating; a square top lines up with decking boards and paving joints, so it suits a formal layout. Both are 3mm Corten and both offer a barbecue option.

This is a wood-burning table, which means the crackle, the smoke and the ash. Adezz also makes the gas-fired Brann range with electric ignition, which lights instantly and leaves nothing to clear but costs more. Corten is weathering steel: it forms a stable rust-coloured oxide layer that protects the metal beneath and holds that russet colour for 20 to 30 years, with no painting and no winter storage. The catch is the first season, when it bleeds orange run-off onto pale paving and can leave a permanent mark on porous stone, so position it on darker slabs to begin with.
