Delivery Coverage:

• We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom within 5 to 10 working days. Additional charges may apply for remote areas in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

Order Processing:

• Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

• Larger items are delivered on a pallet curbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.
• Please notify us if your address has access challenges by leaving a note at checkout or emailing support@firesideboutique.co.uk.

Returns:

• We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
• For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.

• Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. If the product is left in its packaging, it may develop patches of uneven discolouration.
• The fire bowl should be placed on a firm, flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Products are delivered without rust. The corten steel rusting process takes about 4-5 months, depending on weather conditions. You can speed this process up by using our rust accelerator.
• The rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective anti-rust coating. Owatrol protects the product and stops the rust flaking off.
• We do not recommend using corten steel within 2 km of a coastline.
• The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
• The guarantee is void if the product is drilled, sanded or scoured in a manner other than prescribed.
• Clean annually by hosing dirt from the product with clean tap water.
