The 50mm front lip and 15mm rear lip secure split logs even on a tall stack, drainage holes drain rain straight through, and 15mm raised feet keep timber clear of any standing water on the paving. Rear cross-bracing holds the geometry true under load.

Why Corten steel for a logstore?
Corten is weathering steel: it forms a stable oxide layer that protects the steel beneath and holds its weathered colour for 20 to 30 years, with no painting and no seasonal storage.
