The body measures 87 cm diameter, 37 cm height, with a burner of 30.5 cm diameter, 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel. It’s built from glass-fibre reinforced concrete.

What fuel does the Tramore Gas Fire Pit Table use, and can it run on natural gas?

It runs on propane (bottle) gas only, this model is not currently available with a Natural Gas conversion kit. The gas bottle itself is not included.

Yes. Elementi fire pits are supplied fully assembled and delivered via kerbside delivery, the courier leaves it at the nearest accessible point outside the property (driveway or front of the premises) rather than positioning it in the garden.

It carries a 1-year warranty from Elementi. On top of that, Fireside Boutique’s standard policy is 45-day returns on unused items in their original packaging.

How long does delivery take, and is it free?

Delivery is free to mainland UK, and orders are usually delivered within 5 days once processed. Additional charges may apply for the Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Coverage:

We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days after it is processed.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.
