Order Processing:

• Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days after it is processed.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

• All Elementi fire pits are supplied fully assembled and delivered via curbside delivery. This means the courier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside the property (driveway or front of the premises), rather than positioning it in the garden or on-site.

Returns:

• We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
• For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.

By default, all fire pits are configured for propane (bottle) gas. However, some customers prefer to connect their fire pit to their natural gas supply.
Conversion to natural gas is possible with this model and must be carried out by a qualified local gas engineer using our Elementi Natural Gas Conversion Kit, which can be purchased separately.
