Overview:
- The Pop 3L is the smallest and most affordable model in EcoSmart’s Pop Series, a cube-shaped bioethanol fire with an open shelf underneath for a stack of decorative firewood, not fuel; the fire itself runs on bioethanol, not the logs.
Design & Build:
- Steel cube construction available in Black, White, Orange or Yellow at the same price, with the AB3 burner delivering 5,800 BTU/h (6.1 MJ/h) from a 2.5-litre tank.
What it does well:
- Runs 8 to 11 hours per fill and is Indoor or Outdoor rated. At 15.7kg it's light enough to move around a garden or terrace.
Trade-off worth knowing:
- At 350mm square it's the smallest Pop size, better suited to a side table or a compact corner than as a room's main feature. The taller Pop 3T and larger Pop 8L/8T share the same cube design with more presence or more heat output.
Certification:
- This model is certified to EN 16647, the UK and EU safety standard for indoor bioethanol fireplaces.
