• Overview:
  • The larger sibling of our Pod 30, this fire bowl takes its silhouette from traditional pottery forms: a tall, tapered vessel rather than a squat bowl, standing 50.4cm off the ground.
• Design & Build:
  • The bowl comes in Natural, Graphite or Bone concrete composite, finished to resist scratches, stains and mould through a full UK outdoor season.
• Fuel:
  • Three fuel options: Bioethanol for indoor or outdoor use, or Liquid Propane and Natural Gas for outdoor use only. Bioethanol delivers 6kW (20,433 BTU/h) with a 7 to 9 hour burn from 8 litres. Gas runs hotter, up to 65,000 BTU/h: Liquid Propane lasts 8 to 20 hours per tank, Natural Gas burns for as long as you leave it on.
• What it does well:
  • Its 50.4cm height puts the flame closer to eye level than a low bowl, so it reads as a sculptural centrepiece to be looked at from across the garden, not just gathered round.
• Trade-off worth knowing:
  • At 100cm square and 50.4cm tall, it takes up more visual and physical space than the Pod 30; check it suits the proportions of your patio before choosing it over the smaller model.
• Certification:
  • This model is certified to EN 16647, the UK and EU safety standard for indoor bioethanol fireplaces.

Natural Gas requires professional installation: a certified plumber must fit a permanent gas connection before use. This installation is not included in the price and is not arranged by us; it is the customer's responsibility. Liquid Propane needs no installation and runs from an external tank.
