The Adezz Seare Halo turns the act of cooking outdoors into the centrepiece of an evening. Imagine a Saturday in late spring, friends drifting onto the patio, the SEARE ring already at temperature, a wood storage compartment built into the base waiting for the next log. This is a serious outdoor kitchen, dressed in Corten steel with bamboo detailing.

Heat is what makes the difference. The SEARE ring distributes warmth evenly across a 10mm thick S235 steel grill plate, which retains temperature well enough for proper searing. The grill can sit flush with the ring or be raised above it, giving you separate cooking zones without faff. An inward-sloping ring stops oil and liquids dripping into the fire.

Built from durable Corten steel, the Seare Halo is pre-weathered with a natural rust layer that protects the structure beneath. Dimensions are Ø1005 x H1000mm, weighing 144.5kg, with a cooking temperature of 275 to 300°C reached in 25 to 30 minutes. Easy to clean, simple to maintain with light oiling, and backed by a five-year guarantee.

Returns:

Key Points of Interest

Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. This moisture can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
The grill functions optimally after it has been used once or twice, allowing the oil to 'season' the plate. Allowing the oil to 'burn in' protects the grill from rusting when not in use and makes cooking easier.
After use, store in a dry place or cover with our cover plate.
We do not recommend using corten steel within 2 km of a coastline.
We recommend using vegetable oils with a higher smoke point, such as groundnut oil or sunflower oil, to cook on the grill plate.
If left untreated, bamboo will turn grey naturally over time as a result of UV radiation. Note: To preserve the deep colour of the bamboo, treat it with a protector as soon as possible after installing the outdoor kitchen.
The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
Rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective anti-rust coating. Owatrol protects the product and stops the rust on corten steel flaking off.
Clean annually by hosing off dirt with clean tap water.
