What does the Adezz Dome pizza oven do that a plancha does not?

The Dome is the Adezz dedicated pizza oven, a wood-fired closed chamber at Ø800 x Ø750 x H1180 mm in 2mm Corten, 70 kg. A closed dome traps and reflects heat, which is what gets a pizza base cooked in minutes and what makes bread possible. An open plancha plate cannot do that, and a pizza oven in turn cannot sear a fillet of fish flat the way a plancha can.

Why Corten steel for a pizza oven?

Corten is weathering steel: it forms a stable rust-coloured oxide layer that protects the metal beneath and holds that colour for 20 to 30 years, with no painting and no need to bring the oven in for winter. The catch is the first season, when Corten bleeds orange run-off onto pale paving and can mark porous stone permanently, so settle the position before the first firing. Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

Larger items are delivered on a pallet kerbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
