The Feet and Handle bowl in stainless steel is the answer for a patio that wants the practicality of a movable fire bowl with a finish that stays uniform year after year. A Dutch-designed bowl in 3mm stainless steel with integrated handles and feet that lift it clear of decking.
Built by Moodz, the Feet and Handle in stainless takes the Classic form and adds the two features that make a fire bowl easier to live with: handles for repositioning and legs that protect the surface underneath. No patina, no coating to fail, no maintenance beyond an occasional wipe. The 3mm wall thickness gives the bowl serious thermal mass and a long expected life through every British season.
Three sizes give you flexibility against the geometry of your garden. 60cm at £185 is the compact courtyard size. 80cm at £285 is the everyday choice for a typical British patio. 100cm at £455 is the size for a larger terrace or open garden. Can I use the Moodz Feet & Handle in a UK smoke control area?
Yes. It's a standalone outdoor appliance, and the Clean Air Act's smoke control rules only tighten for fires flued into a building - a summerhouse chimney, for example. Burn Ready to Burn certified, or otherwise well-seasoned and properly dried, logs and it's legal to use on any UK postcode, smoke control area or not. Excessive smoke from any fire can still count as a statutory nuisance if it genuinely bothers neighbours, so dry wood matters either way.
Do the legs on the Feet & Handle mean I don't need a mat underneath it?
No, we'd still recommend one. The three legs lift the bowl clear of decking and grass, which helps protect the surface, but a fire bowl runs hot enough that a heat-resistant mat or paving slab is still worth using.
How is the Moodz Feet & Handle delivered, and will I need help placing it?
Free UK mainland delivery, next working day if you order before 12pm on a weekday. Weight depends on size: from 11 kg on the 60cm (one person can carry it into place without help.) up to 26 kg on the 100cm (plan on two people for the last stretch from the pallet to its final spot.) - the built-in handles make the carry itself easier even where two people are needed.
Does Stainless Steel need any looking after?
Very little. It keeps its silver finish without developing a patina, and resists staining and corrosion well outdoors. An occasional wipe-down keeps water spots and light surface marks from building up.
What is the difference between the Moodz Feet & Handle (Stainless) and Feet & Handle (Corten)?
Same base design (3 legs, 2 handles) and overlapping size range. Stainless Steel keeps a permanent silver finish with no patina process and costs more size-for-size; Corten weathers into a rust patina over its first year outdoors.

Who the Moodz Feet & Handle (Stainless) is for
It is a good fit if:
- You want to move the bowl around the garden or put it away between uses - the built-in handles are the whole point.
- You want a modern silver finish with no weathering process and no risk of rust runoff staining pale paving.
Consider something else if:
- You want a size above 100cm: the Classic goes up to 120cm.
- Budget is tight: this is the most expensive size-for-size option across all four Moodz bowls.
