What are the dimensions of the Tramore Gas Fire Pit Table?

It is 87cm in diameter and 37cm tall, with a 30.5cm burner ring set into a 45.1cm round pan.

What fuel does the Tramore use, and can it run on natural gas?

Propane only. This model cannot currently be converted to Natural Gas.

Is the Tramore safe to use, and what certification does it carry?

Yes. It has electronic ignition with automatic safety shut-off, and is CSA and CE certified.

What is the difference between the Tramore and the Aurora?

Both are £800 and 50,000 BTU. The Tramore is round at 87cm diameter; the Aurora is square, 87 x 87cm and convertible to Natural Gas, which the Tramore is not.

We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.

Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days after it is processed.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

All Elementi fire pits are supplied fully assembled and delivered via kerbside delivery. This means the courier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside the property (driveway or front of the premises), rather than positioning it in the garden or on-site.

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.

This model (Tramore) is propane (bottle) gas only, it is not currently available with a Natural Gas conversion kit.
