Propane only. This model cannot be converted to Natural Gas.

We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.

Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days after it is processed.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

All Elementi fire pits are supplied fully assembled and delivered via kerbside delivery. This means the courier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside the property (driveway or front of the premises), rather than positioning it in the garden or on-site.

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.

This model runs on propane (bottle) gas only and is not available with the Elementi Natural Gas Conversion Kit used on some of the larger fire pit tables.
Powered by propane gas; the gas bottle itself is not included. A gas bottle cover that doubles as a fireside table can be added as an accessory.
The included PVC cover is sized for the Nantucket/Jefferson fire bowl. A canvas cover for Nantucket/Jefferson is available separately if you prefer that finish.
