For the cook who has decided wood-fired pizza is worth doing properly, the Igneus Pro 750 is the considered pick. A British-built wood-fired pizza oven sized for a serious patio, capable of holding the 450-degree floor temperature that real Neapolitan pizza demands.

The Pro 750 is built in Britain by Igneus, with a 750mm cooking floor that holds two 12-inch pizzas at once or a single very large pizza for sharing. The dome is engineered to retain heat across a full evening of cooking, which means once you have fired it (allow 45 minutes from cold), you can keep cooking pizza after pizza for two hours without the temperature dropping below the sweet spot. The cordierite cooking stone is the same material professional Italian pizzerias use. The flue is sized to draw smoke up and away from the front opening.

Available in three configurations to suit your patio at £1,699, the Pro 750 sits in the premium tier of British outdoor pizza ovens. UK-built, with UK-based support. Browse the full pizza oven collection for alternatives at other sizes and price points.

Key Points of Interest

  • Built for durability, it weighs 90kg and features upgraded steel legs that allow air circulation beneath the oven, maintaining optimal heat. An optional fixing kit can securely anchor it in place for extra safety and stability.
  • The oven heats up quickly, reaching cooking temperature in around 30 minutes using kiln-dried hardwood logs. Silver birch is recommended for fast ignition and strong heat output.
  • Its upgraded materials improve both heat retention and durability, outperforming the Igneus Classico. (Note: when used commercially, the fire should be placed at the back.)
  • A double layer of insulation keeps internal temperatures stable while ensuring the exterior remains safe to touch—an essential feature for commercial use.
  • Highly efficient, the Pro 750 retains heat for long periods, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs while maintaining consistent performance. It combines speed, efficiency, safety, and versatility in one professional-grade oven.
