Mid-sized outdoor pizza oven with a cooking area of approximately 50 × 50 cm, allowing you to cook a large 14″ pizza or fit a roasting tray.
Rapid heat-up time of around 10-15 minutes to reach high cooking temperatures (400°C), so you spend less time waiting and more time cooking.
Cooks pizza in about 60 seconds, delivering crisp, authentic wood-fired flavour and fast results for gatherings or family meals.
Lightweight design at approximately 35 kg (or reduced to ~17 kg when fire-bricks are removed), making it more portable and easier to handle than many ovens of this size.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

Using kiln-dried hardwood logs, especially silver birch, delivers that authentic wood-fired flavour with quick ignition and strong, consistent heat. Denser woods take longer to heat the oven.
A built-in thermometer on the top left helps monitor the internal temperature, though an infrared thermometer is recommended for precise firebrick readings.
The removable door helps retain heat and control temperature, allowing for slow cooking or baking. The oven’s size also fits large roasting trays for dishes like meats, potatoes, lasagna, and vegetables.
Handcrafted in Portugal, the Bambino is made from marine-grade stainless steel with a powder-coated aluminium canopy and full insulation for durability and efficiency.
Lightweight and portable at 35kg (or 17kg with firebricks removed), it’s easy to move or transport. The detachable chimney can be stored inside the oven, making travel and storage simple and convenient.
