Free 48 Hour Day Delivery:

  • We deliver free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for remote areas in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

Order Processing:

  • Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

  • Larger items are delivered on a pallet curbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.
  • Please notify us if your address has access challenges by leaving a note at checkout or emailing support@firesideboutique.co.uk.

Returns:

  • For unwanted items we require items returned in the same condition and packaging as received. Please provide us with pictures before processing your return.
  • Any refunds will exclude delivery and return cost.
