• We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for remote areas in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

Order Processing:

• Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time.
• All Glamm Fire products are uniquely crafted upon receipt of customer orders. Between 3 to 6 weeks can be expected for manufacturing, depending on the complexity of the product ordered.
• In addition, the products will be dispatched from Portugal and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

• Larger items are delivered on a pallet curbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.
• Please notify us if your address has access challenges by leaving a note at checkout or emailing support@firesideboutique.co.uk.

Returns:

• We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
• For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.
