Glamm Fire build each Circus by hand in their Portuguese atelier using premium steel and finishes that hold up across decades of outdoor service. You choose between the firewood model for traditional flame and crackle, or the bioethanol version with a generous 2-litre tank giving four to six hours of continuous flame from a single fill. Bioethanol burns clean, with no smoke, no ash and no residue, which makes it the practical pick for entertaining or for use in covered outdoor rooms.

Delivery Information

Delivery Coverage:

We deliver Free to mainland United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for remote areas in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability of your item and the expected delivery date and time.
All Glamm Fire products are uniquely crafted upon receipt of customer orders. Between 3 to 6 weeks can be expected for manufacturing, depending on the complexity of the product ordered.
In addition, the products will be dispatched from Portugal and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

Larger items are delivered on a pallet curbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.
