Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

  • All Elementi fire pits are supplied fully assembled and delivered via kerbside delivery. This means the courier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside the property (driveway or front of the premises), rather than positioning it in the garden or on-site.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.
  • For non-faulty returns, customers bear return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the heavy nature of the items.
