  • Design & Build:
    • Measures 1,042 x 166 x 87mm and weighs 7.5kg, available in Black or White, on standard UK 220-240V mains.
  • Control & Installation:
    • Reaches full heat in 15-30 seconds, with a radiant efficiency of 90% or higher. Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant when paired with a Dual WiFi Smart Switch (sold separately), alongside the same SmartBox and ZigBee options as Pure and Next.
  • What it does well:
    • Adds voice-assistant compatibility over the base Pure 3000W for £100 more.
  • Trade-off worth knowing:
    • Same mounting limitations as Pure and Next - no Lift system, Dual Fixing Brackets or Weathershield.

Pure+ 3000W questions, answered

How much does the Pure+ 3000W cost to run?

At 3,000W and the current Ofgem price cap unit rate of 26.11p/kWh (Jul-Sep 2026), running it flat out costs around 78p per hour - the same as the Pure 3000W and Next 3000W.

How does the Alexa/Google Assistant compatibility work?

You'll need a Dual WiFi Smart Switch (sold separately, £35), which connects and independently controls the heater's settings and is what enables voice-assistant control.

What does the SmartBox add?

SmartBox (sold separately in Black or White, £200) mounts between the power supply and the heater and includes its own IR remote, for direct remote control alongside or instead of the smart-home options.

Can the Pure+ 3000W be recessed into the ceiling or fitted with a weather shield?

No - there's no Lift system, Dual Fixing Brackets or Weathershield available for this model.

Does the Pure+ 3000W need professional installation?

It needs a qualified electrician for the fixed wall or ceiling wiring; this isn't included in the price.

What's the difference between the Pure+ 3000W and the standard Pure 3000W?

Identical hardware and dimensions - the Pure+ 3000W's £100 premium buys Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility (via the Dual WiFi Smart Switch), which the standard Pure 3000W doesn't advertise.

Who Pure+ 3000W is for

It is a good fit if:

  • You want everything the Pure 3000W offers, plus Alexa/Google Assistant voice control.

Consider something else if:

  • You don't need voice control - the standard Pure 3000W saves £100 for the same hardware.
  • You want a lighter grille-front build - the Next 3000W.

How this compares to the Pure 3000W and Next 3000W

Pure+ 3000W, Pure 3000W and Next 3000W share the same 3,000W output and control ecosystem - Pure+ is the only one of the three with Alexa/Google Assistant compatibility.
