The Adezz Halo is a premium garden firepit built around the most considered question in this category: how does a piece of metal in a garden look and last after five winters? Pallet Deliveries & Difficult Access:

Larger items are delivered on a pallet curbside. Drivers may reposition the pallet on a flat, hard surface if possible, but are not required to navigate obstacles such as steps.

Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products upon proof of the defect. Please provide us with images of the defect before your return can be approved.

Key Points of Interest

Be aware! Fire bowls made of steel will eventually develop rust. Our fire bowls are made of thick sheet metal, which means that they will not corrode easily.
Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. If the product is left in its packaging, it may develop uneven rust patches.
The fire bowl should be placed on a firm, flat, heat-resistant surface.
The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
We do not recommend using steel within 2 km of a coastline.
The guarantee is void if the product is drilled, sanded or scoured in a manner other than prescribed.
Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt off the product with tap water.
