The St Vincent uses three main gas burners under a double-skinned hood for genuine heat retention, with porcelain-coated steel grills that clean down easily and resist rusting. The side burner gives you a fourth heat zone for everything the main grill cannot do well: a pan of sauce, a saucepan of new potatoes, a sear on a steak. A warming rack above keeps cooked food ready while the rest comes off the grill.
